In recent years the Miroglio Group has, as part of its investment and expansion, acquired or established companies and production plants abroad. Examples of these developments are Ulmia in Germany, Giorgetti Bulgaria and Miroglio Lana in Bulgaria.

The Textile Division also deals with the ISO 9001 quality system certification and ÖKO-TEX environment certification.
